Engagement Specialist

Monocl is a rapidly growing SaaS business focused on life sciences and healthcare. We are now looking for an Engagement Specialist to join out Customer Excellence team in Göteborg. As an Engagement Specialist you will have the chance to work with engaging and building relationships with some of our most important customers. What You’ll Do

As an Engagement Specialist, you will work closely with some of our most important customers, which include some of the top companies in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically engage users at our key accounts and ensure that they are successful in their use of products in Monocl’s portfolio.
  • Work closely and members of our talented field-based salesforce, customer success managers and product owners to ensure optimal customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer behavior and suggest areas of improvement to internal stakeholders.
  • Execute onsite launch sessions describing the value of the platform to our customers and how the platform can help them achieve their challenging business objectives.
  • Execute adoption reviews and give deep insights to customers in how the platform is being used and how we can help them in engaging all users.
  • Drive projects together with customers and business accounts that include workshops, presentations and user guides.

Who you are

You have a genuine passion for delivering customer satisfaction and have proven experience in driving processes and projects with success. You thrive working independently with your customer portfolio whilst being in contact with many contact points, both internally and externally, in order to ensure customer success. Your ability to position value propositions based on customer needs is excellent and you are used to working with senior customers.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with focus on life sciences, technology or similar. • High level communication skills which benefits you in understanding what a customer needs and adjusting thereafter. • Driven and experienced in quickly adapting to new situations and understanding new fields. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. • Sophisticated general computer skills, preferably with Mac experience.

Additional language skills, experience of using CRM systems such as Salesforce and experience within pharma or software companies is preferred.
