Role: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Göteborg, Sweden

Reporting to: CEO

Monocl is expanding and we are looking for highly talented and driven Talent Acquisition Manager based at our HQ in Göteborg, Sweden. This is a terrific opportunity for an accomplished individual with excellent people skills to literally have a significant and visible impact on our growth. As Monocl is growing quickly across three continents, we have a constant need to add new great talent to the company. Your role is to identify and engage with candidates for a range of positions, ranging from entry-level all the way to management, this across all functions in the company.

You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. You should have the ability to identify, evaluate and select relevant candidates matching the needs of Monocl as we grow. You have a special nose for talent combined with excellent communication and inter-personal skills. You also need the confidence to engage with a wide range of candidates with variable seniority across a range of functions, including R&D, sales, marketing, customer success, management and more.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the different administrative steps in accordance with the company’s employment processes. This includes candidate communication, meeting scheduling, case study administration, emails and more
  • Drive candidate search and prospecting processes using software tools, company network and more
  • Perform screening sessions with potential candidates
  • Perform candidate background checks, including but not limited to reference checks
  • Represent the company at events to drive employer branding and visibility
  • Improve and expand on current work processes and methodologies
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
  • Reporting to CEO

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, evaluating and hiring talent across multiple functions and levels
  • Proven ability to work well in a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments/organizations and influence at all levels
  • Adaptable, flexible, open to diverse ways of thinking and diverse cultures
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and training skills
  • Experience of working under pressure and with low degree of supervision
  • Proven team player
