Meet Monocl - Rebecka Strandberg, Sales Development Representative

What’s your role at Monocl and what do you do?

I’m a Sales Development representative - I work closely with our sales team and provide them with high-quality leads and finding people whose work will be made a lot easier by using our amazing platform. I also work with improving the way we work with our CRM and finding ways to work more efficiently with the sales processes.

Why did you decide to work for Monocl?

I was looking for a challenge and for a high energy workplace with motivated people. I was also impressed by the product and knew that if I got on board, I would have an amazing experience. I really wanted to work with a company that was rapidly growing and evolving.

What do you find to be the best part about working with Monocl?

You are constantly both challenged and rewarded! There’s a great culture of motivating each other and helping each other grow.

What is one thing your colleagues would be surprised to know about you?

I’m a complete nerd when it comes to photography! Since I was about 12 years old I’ve been interested in cameras and the art of photography. I own a digital DSLR and also love shooting with 35mm film on my parents old Olympus OMD-2n. If you start discussing aperture, ISO and shutter speeds with me I’ll talk for hours.
