Meet Monocl - Takashi Kameda, Sales Director Japan

What’s your role at Monocl and what do you do?

I am in charge of sales and marketing in Asia with a focus on Japan.

Why did you decide to work for Monocl?

In 2018, I found out that Monocl was a rapidly growing business in Europe and US. Impressed by their unique approach to data and end-user experience, I believed I could contribute in a positive way to their business in Asia and help them be successful.

What do you find to be the best part about working with Monocl?

We have built a unique and incomparable product in close collaboration with industry-leading companies. We are transforming the way life sciences companies engage and build strong relationships with external stakeholders.

What is one thing your colleagues would be surprised to know about you?

All the furniture in my house – table, chair, bed, sofa, shelf, ski rack on my car – were made by my wood work.
